Focusing on excellence, in 1995, AGI implemented a quality certification system in accordance with the ISO 9001:1994 international standard, thus becoming one of the first certified distribution companies on the national market.
Subsequently, in 2009, the follow-up audit for ISO 9001: 2008 was successfully concluded, making this the company’s 19th year of certification.
This commitment to quality is shared by all employees of the organisation through the exchange of experiences, ideas, dedication and flexibility, contributing to and ensuring the competitiveness of its clients, and thus increasing production.

Since November 2024, Augusto Guimarães & Irmão has been officially certified by FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®), an important milestone that reinforces our commitment to sustainability and the responsible management of natural resources.
This new certification granted by FSC®, under licence code FSC® – C208863, acknowledges the rigour of our processes and documentation, in line with the best practices we follow daily across all our operations.
