Grupo Hromatka acquires majority of Guzman Polymers from Grupo Guzman
The agreement included the international subsidiaries of Guzman Polymers (Spain, Italy and Turkey), as well as the 50% of its joint venture in Portugal, AGI - Augusto Guimarães & Irmão, Lda.
